About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Practitioner to join our clinical team in the Urgent Treatment Centre at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based, timely, and patient-centered care to a diverse range of patients with acute undifferentiated and undiagnosed illnesses and injuries.
  • Utilize expert diagnostic and clinical skills to provide autonomous, unscheduled medical care and management of patients presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions.
  • Work as an independent, autonomous practitioner, responsible for utilizing expert diagnostic and clinical skills to provide consistent high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Requirements
  • Registered Level 1 Nurse with the NMC or, HCPC Registered Paramedic or Physiotherapist.
  • Minor Injuries qualification accredited at level 6 or above.
  • Advanced Physical Assessment qualification at level 6 or above.
  • X Ray interpretation (IRMER).
  • Interpretation of images (Red Dot Course).
