Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Diagnostic Systems Specialist to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service and breakdown repair of sophisticated medical and laboratory diagnostics systems.

The ideal candidate will have a background as a field service engineer or technical support engineer with extensive experience working on high value capital equipment and a qualification in electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Service and repair of diagnostic systems in pathology departments, NHS laboratories, and clinical chemistry environments.
  2. Liaising with laboratory managers and technicians from the NHS and private independent scientific organisations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A competent background in field service engineering with experience working on high value capital equipment.
  2. A qualification in electronics.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £36,000 - £39,000 per annum, company car, 10% bonus, healthcare, pension, and full product training.
