About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate/Senior Associate to join our Asset Management Team, responsible for defending litigated housing conditions claims. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of conducting claims to trial and a strong interest in the social housing sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of litigated housing conditions claims
  • Supervise junior members of the team, including Solicitors and Paralegals
  • Deliver excellent quality and service to clients
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a Social Housing team, ideally representing Registered Providers / Local Authorities
  • Ambition and a real interest in the social housing sector
  • Proven track record of conducting claims to trial
