We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our retail team as a Store Colleague, contributing to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
This role involves working in a dynamic environment, developing new skills, and taking ownership of tasks. You'll work across various store areas, including service, picking, and replenishment, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
- Build knowledge of products and services to offer expert advice to customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Make decisions for customers and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs, enhancing loyalty and retention.
- Engage in seasonal, community, and charity events to foster relationships with customers and promote the brand.
- Stay informed about store performance and contribute to achieving sales objectives.
- Maintain high product quality standards.
- Embodies the values of Tesco Partners, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and colleagues alike.
You may be responsible for receiving deliveries and building strong bonds with customers. Be punctual, well-presented, and prepared to represent Tesco.
