Hastings Hotels, Northern Ireland's leading hotel group, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Manager to join our team. This two-year development programme is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experience required to succeed in a management role.
As a Trainee Manager, you will have the opportunity to work across various functional areas of our hotels, gaining hands-on experience and developing your skills in areas such as customer service, leadership, and team management. You will also receive a customized career path, regular performance reviews, and a personal development plan to help you achieve your long-term career goals.
The programme includes a bespoke Manager Ambassadors Programme (MAP) in association with Ulster University, which will provide you with a Diploma upon successful completion. You will also be allocated a Mentor who will coach and support you throughout your development journey.
As a Trainee Manager, you can expect to work 35 hours per week, five shifts out of seven, including weekends. The salary for this full-time position starts at £22,500 per annum, and you will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including free staff meals, employee discounts, and opportunities for career progression and development.
