We're seeking a dedicated Care Support Specialist to join our team in the Clacton area. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of vulnerable individuals through care and support. You will be working with people who have varying needs and abilities, including learning disabilities, complex needs, and mental health conditions.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting individuals to live independently in their own homes, promoting a safe, healthy, and secure living environment. You will interact with individuals, build relationships, and support them in all aspects of their daily life, including accompanying them on holidays, social events, and interacting with families and friends to encourage relationships and social development.

Some of our individuals have the capability to lead and live independent lives, and your support will be to help enable them to maintain their independence and live their best life. The role may include elements of personal care.

Working Hours:

  • Shifts patterns consist of Thursday and Friday night sleeps and holiday cover as required

  • You will be subject to a DBS/PVG check and references
