Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Reporting Manager to join our team at NatWest. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for creating meaningful risk reports for key committees, forums, and dashboards.

You will interpret a wide range of risk and control data, producing accurate analysis to aid senior management and ExCo discussion. In return, you will gain valuable exposure and the opportunity to advance your personal and career development.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and maintain a suite of risk reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business control partners and operational risk to ensure reporting is accurate and up-to-date
  • Support the refresh of the control environment certificate, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain a broad, up-to-date knowledge of the control environment, ensuring board reporting reflects this context
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need exceptional organisational skills, strong analytical skills, and a drive to develop and enhance our suite of risk reports. You will also need strong written communication skills, with experience of writing senior committee reports in Word and PowerPoint.

You will bring:

  • A good understanding of the relevant business and the risk and control environment
  • A clear track record of delivery against tight timescales
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and controls
  • Broad knowledge of relevant businesses and associated risks and controls
