Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant.

In this key role, you will support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to children, assisting in planning and preparing engaging lessons that cater to diverse needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to lesson planning and preparation, ensuring activities are well-structured and aligned with curriculum objectives.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social, emotional, and cognitive development among children.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher to monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for success.

Salary: £85 per day (approximate annual salary: £18,180)

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in education is preferred, but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate.
  • An Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one before starting employment is mandatory.
  • Strong English language skills and excellent literacy abilities are necessary for effective communication and record-keeping.
