About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Activities Coordinator to join our team at HC-One. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning and implementing activities that bring joy and stimulation to our residents.

With a background in working with vulnerable individuals, you will have a deep understanding of the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and families will be essential in delivering exceptional care.

As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. Your creativity, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering high-quality care will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement activities that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and emotional well-being
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, colleagues, and families to ensure a person-centered approach
  • Collaborate with the care home team to ensure seamless delivery of care and activities
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activity programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Participate in safeguarding training and reporting concerns as necessary
