Platform Systems Design Engineer

**Job Description:** Our company is looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Engineering Lead to join our team in Barrow-in-Furness. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of mechanical systems and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience with design documentation. You will also be proficient in CAD software and able to present technical information effectively to customers and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing mechanical systems that meet the highest standards of quality and safety
- Liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure that mechanical systems meet customer requirements
- Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers
- Ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
We offer a competitive salary of $125,000 per year, plus a range of benefits including a pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance, and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
