Design Lead Designer

As a Senior Fashion Designer, you'll be part of our Test and React team, working closely with stakeholders to expand our Test and React capabilities. You'll engage with new and established suppliers, driving innovation and excellence in line with our company's core initiatives.

We're looking for a creative and dynamic designer to help us stay ahead of the curve. You'll identify emerging trends and concepts that resonate with our 20-something customer, and work with the buying team to create strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring social media, catwalks, and competitors to identify key trends and missed opportunities.
  • Working with the buying team to create strong supplier relationships and integrate the T & R process.
  • Ensuring ASOS is first to market with products that resonate with our customer.
  • Traveling to visit the supply base, with a high frequency of trips to Turkey.
