**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Primary School Teaching Assistant to join our team in Barking and Dagenham. As an Education Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them with their academic and social development.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Providing individualized support to students with SEN, focusing on their academic and social growth.
  • Assisting teachers in planning and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
  • Supporting students during classroom activities, ensuring they participate fully and engage actively.
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitoring and recording the progress of students with SEN, providing feedback to the teaching team.

Salary & Benefits:
