Educational Assistant for SEND Students

**Job Description**

  • Work closely with teachers to foster a safe, fun, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
  • Provide tailored support to children with SEND, working with them on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
  • Help in organizing and implementing engaging educational activities, both inside and outside the classroom.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with SEND, is preferred.
  • Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 08:30 am to 4:00 pm.
  • Comfortable providing 1:1 support to children with Special Educational Needs.
  • Mandatory Child-Only DBS check.
  • Ideal residence in or near Richmond, or within a reasonable commuting distance.
