About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Sustainable Energy Management Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of reducing our environmental impact. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our anaerobic digestion plant, water reuse system, and solar arrays, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the anaerobic digestion plant, water reuse system, and solar arrays, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
  2. Monitor and analyse plant performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and output.
  3. Collaborate with our Renewable Energy Director to develop and implement strategies for improving plant performance and reducing our carbon footprint.
  4. Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as renewable energy, engineering, or environmental science.
  • Proven experience in managing anaerobic digestion plants, water reuse systems, and solar arrays, with a focus on sustainability and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and implement effective solutions.
