Job Title: Part-Time Wellbeing and Welfare Champion

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Wellbeing and Welfare Champion to join our team at Thornford Park. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in promoting a positive working culture and supporting the wellbeing of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and address the evolving needs of staff, providing resources and support to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • Develop and deliver communications, initiatives, and wellbeing events to promote employee wellbeing and engagement.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support staff with communications and provide a point of contact for wellbeing-related queries.
  • Manage allocated budget and stock to deliver wellbeing initiatives and events.

Requirements:

  • Interest in health and wellbeing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of healthy lifestyles and willingness to undertake relevant training.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or environment.
  • Good IT and computer skills.
