Job Title: Part-Time Wellbeing and Welfare Champion

At Elysium Healthcare, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Wellbeing and Welfare Champion to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in promoting a positive working culture and supporting the wellbeing of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and address the evolving needs of staff, providing resources and support to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • Develop and deliver communications, initiatives, and wellbeing events to promote employee wellbeing and engagement.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support staff with communications and provide a point of contact for wellbeing-related queries.
  • Manage allocated budgets and stock to deliver wellbeing initiatives and events.
Requirements:
  • An interest in health and wellbeing, with a willingness to undertake relevant training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.
  • Good IT and computer skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or environment, with a strong understanding of healthy lifestyles and wellbeing principles.
