Job Summary:

RSK Group, a leading international health, safety and environmental consultancy, is seeking an experienced Asbestos Consultant to join our successful national asbestos team on a permanent, full-time basis. This home-based role requires commutability to Livingston and will involve some travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct building surveys and bulk sampling to identify asbestos-containing materials
  • Perform asbestos monitoring and clearances, ensuring accurate reporting and certification
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
  • Manage projects and small teams, ensuring efficient delivery and high-quality results

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role within a UKAS-accredited organization
  • Hold P403 and P404 and/or P402 OR S301 (W504) with CoCA certifications
  • Proficient in MS Office packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to write accurate and concise technical reports
  • Organized and proactive, with the ability to multitask and work independently
  • Team player, able to build rapport within an established team
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly, as well as work weekends on occasion
  • Full driver's license

Benefits:

  • Full-time, permanent position with 37.5 hours per week, plus overtime as required
