Purosearch Ltd is working with a highly regarded elderly care provider to recruit a Nursing Home Manager/Registered Home Manager for their large sized nursing home/care home. We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager / Registered Manager / Care Home Manager to manage a beautiful, luxury care home. This is a well-established care home with a fantastic reputation in the Lancashire area.
The care home/nursing home offers nursing and residential care to older people including frail elderly and dementia service users. The nursing home requires a hands-on manager with a passion for delivering the best care. Care home manager/registered home manager candidates should have previous home management experience and solid knowledge of nursing/elderly care.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home.
- Ensure compliance with quality, compliance & regulations within a care home setting.
- Possess strong CQC knowledge.
- Experience of managing compliant care homes.
