Job Title: Home Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Home Manager to join our team at Fleetwood Hall, a modern and purpose-built residential care home in Fleetwood. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and service to our residents, while also leading and managing a team of care staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care and service to residents
  • Ensure the home is run in accordance with CQC regulations and other relevant care home legislation
  • Develop and maintain excellent working partnerships with local authorities, outside agencies, and within the local community
  • Recruit, lead, and manage a competent and motivated staff team
  • Achieve high occupancy levels and maintain excellent standards of care
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a CQC Registered Home Manager in a nursing home or residential setting for older adults/dementia care
  • Ability to work to financial KPIs
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of CQC requirements and all other relevant care home legislation
  • NVQ/QCF level 5 or higher
