Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £48,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus a 10% bonus scheme, 33 days holiday per year, and additional company benefits.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our facilities management team in the North West region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join OXEO SELECT LIMITED and take on a challenging role that will see you managing maintenance operations across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality maintenance services, with experience in managing teams and budgets. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in the North West region, with regular travel to site required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the maintenance team to ensure the delivery of high-quality maintenance services
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the smooth operation of facilities
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, including repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of equipment and materials
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management and administrative skills

Location

The ideal candidate will be based in or commutable from one of the following locations: Irlam, Carrington, Warrington, Salford, Sale, Leigh. Other locations may be considered.
