Physiotherapist Opportunity at Nordsterne

We are seeking a highly skilled and autonomous Physiotherapist to join our Saturday team at Nordsterne. As a Chartered Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our self-pay and private medical insured patient caseload.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage, assess, diagnose, and treat a designated clinical caseload with high level decision-making and clinical-reasoning skills.
  • Comply with all Bodyset policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations to ensure consistent product delivery and customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and/or parents and carers, respecting privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
  • Counsel clients about optimal nutrition, exercise, equipment/devices, sleeping habits, stress management, and other matters that promote a positive wellbeing.
  • Proactively attract returning and new client business to the clinic site, including leading corporate workshops.
  • Continually strive to improve clinic standards and identify any risks to the Regional Lead.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation, records, and statistical information, and complete them in a timely manner.
  • Continually develop as a Chartered Physiotherapist and evidence continued professional development (CPD).
Requirements:
  • BSc (hons) Physiotherapy degree.
  • Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
  • Ability to work autonomously, while delivering against Bodyset's clinical pathways.
  • Evidence of continued professional development.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written English skills.
