Early Years Foundation Stage Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our team at a highly regarded 2 form-entry Primary School in Wigan. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to provide additional support to children in the EYFS unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide general classroom support to the class teacher and children in the EYFS unit.
- Deliver small group intervention sessions to support children's learning and development.
- Work in the outdoor provision area to support children's play and learning.
- Complete baseline assessments and learning journeys to track children's progress.
- Recent experience working with children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Ability to work closely with the class teacher and other support staff to provide a high-quality learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
