Community Restorative Justice Specialist

**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Community Restorative Justice Specialist to join our team at Nekcavt. As a key member of our Community and Social Justice Programs, you will work closely with participants, community partners, and agency staff to deliver high-quality services and promote positive outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of restorative justice principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. A background in community development, social work, or a related field is preferred.
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of **$38,400 - $43,500 per year**, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
- **Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement restorative justice programs and services.
- Collaborate with community partners to address needs of low-income households.
- Develop and implement individualized plans for participants.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Background check and satisfactory driving record.
