Financial Planning Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join our team in the city centre. As a key member of our financial planning team, you will provide administrative support to our financial planners, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial planning services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare valuation reports and maintain internal databases
  • Process new business and handle internal and client queries
  • Navigate and transact on financial providers' websites, attaining policy information from providers
  • Work alongside other administrative staff and paraplanners to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Understanding of the financial services market and compliance requirements
  • Ability to manage time effectively and maximize profitability
  • Excellent systems and IT knowledge, ideally with Adviser Office and Standard Life Wrap
  • Experience working in a financial planning team, providing support to advisers in similar duties
  • Desirable: industry-relevant exams and certifications
