Bank Housekeeping Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Housekeeping Team as a Bank Housekeeping Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing a high standard of housekeeping services to our site.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a high standard of housekeeping services, ensuring excellent levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the site.
- Carry out cleaning services in allocated buildings, rooms, and areas, adhering to standard operating procedures and cleanliness standards.
- Liaise with the Housekeeping Supervisor and House Staff on a daily basis, responding to special requests and ensuring effective communication.
- Ensure safe storage of cleaning materials and equipment, maintaining sufficient stock levels and reporting any issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Assist in the cleaning of communal areas, carpets, curtains, and high dusting on a rotating schedule, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.
- Report any repairs required to fixtures and fittings to the designated Facilities Helpdesk, and notify the Housekeeping Supervisor of any issues.
- Participate in routine housekeeping audits, adhering to planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and ensuring works are completed to agreed service levels.
- Prioritize work to complete assignments in a timely manner, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
- Assist other members of the Site Services and Facilities teams as required, providing support and contributing to the overall success of the team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning equipment and supplies.
