We are looking for a highly motivated Accounting Process Manager to join our team in Belfast, Northern Ireland. As an experienced professional, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Head of Finance to develop and implement efficient financial processes across the company.

Job Description:

  1. Support Management: Collaborate with Management to deliver and challenge business processes, ensuring smooth operations and driving continuous improvement.
  2. Process Implementation: Develop and implement new financial processes, standardising procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  3. Compliance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and review company policies to ensure compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external bodies to achieve common goals and objectives.
  5. Annual Audit Support: Assist with the annual audit process, providing accurate and timely information to ensure a smooth audit.
  6. Regulatory Filings: Complete regulatory filings such as VAT and CIS, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Part-qualified Assistan Accountant (Practice or industry) qualification.
  • Excellent IT skills, advanced Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality numerical and analytical work.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and problem-solving oriented.
