Job Summary:

This role involves working closely with internal teams and external bodies to ensure compliance with company policies and drive continuous improvement in business operations.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Operations Manager who can support Management in delivering and challenging business processes, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills, particularly advanced Excel, and be able to implement and standardise processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Management in delivering and challenging business processes
  • Implement and standardise processes, driving continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies through regular monitoring and review
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external bodies
  • Assist with annual audit process
  • Complete regulatory filings like VAT and CIS'

Requirements:

  • Part-qualified accountant
  • Systems Accountant
