About The Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join Machine Mart as a Store Leadership Manager. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and promotions.
  • Leading a team of 4-6 members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Providing guidance and support to colleagues to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of sales strategies and customer service principles.
