Senior Property Manager

Location: City of London

Our client:

Cobalt Consulting (UK) Ltd have partnered with a unique and successful asset management firm based in Central London, who are looking for an experienced residential block manager with strong leasehold knowledge to join the department and manage their own portfolio. This will be a small, high-end selection of period properties and new-builds based across the West End. This is the opportunity to join an incredibly well-established business with a great internal team, somewhere you will find support and expert advice to help progress professionally.

  1. Managing a portfolio in and around Zones 1/2
  2. Maintenance of the buildings and communal areas
  3. Liaising with contractors regarding maintenance and major works
  4. Site visits to ensure good building condition
  5. Managing onsite staff, including concierge, cleaners and maintenance
  6. Maintaining health and safety regulations and legislation
  7. Producing and managing service charge budgets across the portfolio
Key skills required:
  1. Significant property management experience and ideally experience managing high-end properties
  2. TPI (IRPM) Qualification (preferred but not essential)
  3. Strong customer service and attention to detail
  4. Extensive knowledge of the section 20 process and dealing with major works projects
  5. Ability to set and manage service charge budgets
