We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a SEN Teacher Assistant at a special needs school in South West London. The school provides a safe and happy learning environment for students aged 4-19 with autism, and we are looking for someone to support our pupils in achieving their full potential.
Responsibilities:
* Maintaining safeguarding and health and safety policies
* Adapting teaching styles to meet individual needs
* Monitoring and evaluating pupil progress
* Attending to pupil personal needs, including social, health, hygiene, first aid, and welfare matters
