Operational Risk Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Manager to join our team at TotalEnergies Gas & Power. As a key member of our risk management function, you will be responsible for providing a clear vision of the team's performance by defining KPIs for the underlying risks within the portfolios across commodities and instruments.
The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background, with experience in risk management and a deep understanding of the energy market. You will be responsible for managing the Middle and Back Office functions for the gas & power portfolios, ensuring accurate reporting of commodity exposure and MtM P&L, and presenting findings to SMT.
Key Responsibilities:- Define KPIs for underlying risks within portfolios
- Manage Middle and Back Office functions for gas & power portfolios
- Ensure accurate reporting of commodity exposure and MtM P&L
- Present findings to SMT
- Work with Finance to ensure all monthly results are fully understood
- Commercial experience in an energy role, preferably with risk management experience
- Strong analytical skills to interpret results and make data-driven decisions
- Strategic thinking to drive long-term success
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
