Operational Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Risk Manager to join our team at TotalEnergies Gas & Power. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for providing a clear vision of the team's performance by defining KPIs for the underlying risks within our portfolios across commodities and instruments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage 3 members of staff and oversee the Middle and Back Office functions for the gas & power portfolios.
- Deliver margin reporting, MTM results reporting, trade reconciliations, and invoice validations.
- Present concisely the monthly delivered results to Finance and SMT.
- Work with Finance to ensure all monthly results are fully understood.
- Ensure the effective reconciliation of trades and contracts between Trading and Finance.
- Commercial experience in an energy role, preferably with risk management experience.
- Analytical skills to interpret results and make data-driven decisions.
- Strategic thinking to drive long-term success and make decisions that support the company's vision.
