School Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Cover Supervisor to join our team at Outwood Grange Academies Trust. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school during short-term teacher absences.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise whole classes during short-term teacher absences
- Assist in preparing the learning environment and materials required
- Cover lessons of any subject using the cover work set by the teacher
- Set high expectations to motivate and challenge students
- Manage behaviour effectively and promote a positive learning environment
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess good communication and listening skills, as well as the ability to maintain respect and confidentiality at all times. You will also need to be highly motivated and driven, with a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of our students.
Working PatternThe working pattern for this role is 32 hours per week, plus 5 additional days, Monday to Friday, term time only.
