About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Hospitality and Event Coordinator to join our team as a Conference and Banqueting Manager.

This role involves overseeing the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring rooms are prepared with necessary equipment, catering, and decor. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with proficiency in budgeting and financial management.

The Conference and Banqueting Manager will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and ensuring the smooth operation of all events held at the venue. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum is offered for this role, which includes a range of benefits and opportunities for professional development.
