United Kingdom OX Seven Creative Partners Full time

I am looking for a Sponsorship Manager who will join a leading global events, media, and business information company who have offices in 3 different continents

This is a fully remote role where you will sit within the UK based team and will lead and manage all communications on the sponsorship side of their hospitality events.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering clear, concise, and timely communication with clients both prior to the event and on-site, ensuring they feel appreciated and understood while aligning with business objectives.

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in client-focused event management who can confidently address challenging conversations with professionalism and tact. Sponsors are integral to the success of these events, and it’s crucial that you recognise and appreciate their importance also.

The events they organise cater to high-profile C-Level attendees, with a commitment to delivering top-tier experiences. You will support with the execution of three shows within the group’s portfolio. With continued growth on the horizon, there is potential for this to expand, making it an exciting time to join the company

As the Sponsorship Manager, you will be tasked with meeting client expectations while upholding the company’s exceptional service standards. You will have a demonstrated history of operational excellence in managing high-profile international conferences and exhibitions. Success in this role requires effective management of multiple projects, the ability to prioritise tasks, and a proactive, independent work style.

You will be reporting into the Operations Director whilst work closely with the Operations Manager for their hospitality focused events and maintain a solid understanding of the entire event lifecycle, enabling you to provide support as needed. As part of a small, close-knit UK team, teamwork is essential to driving the growth of the business.

As mentioned, this is a fully remote role where you can be based anywhere in the UK. There will be travel involved with this role attending site visits, the delivery of your events and client meetings so please ensure you are happy with this before applying.

From a salary perspective, you are looking at between £45,000 and £48,000 depending on your experience and will have access to a whole raft of other benefits including LinkedIn Online Learning courses where you will have access to over 16,000 to develop and enhance your skillset, a great company culture where your physical and mental health are top priority and many more

If you are interested or want to know more, call me, send me a message, DM (Sammy Barrett) or e-mail – whatever is easiest. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our adverts.

Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary.
