We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Learning and Development (L&D) strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.
  • Design and deliver training programs for our recruiters and other staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to identify skills gaps and training needs across the business.
  • Work closely with the data team to create a framework for evaluating business performance and effectiveness of training programs.
  • Provide strategic input into workforce planning and headcount growth.
  • Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure that all training materials are up-to-date and easily accessible.

Requirements:
