Doorstep Canvasser Opportunity

Hunt4, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Doorstep Canvasser to join their team in Tewkesbury. This full-time role involves meeting with potential customers and promoting the benefits of working with Hunt4.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with potential customers at their doorstep to discuss job opportunities
  • Provide information about available positions and answer questions
  • Encourage potential customers to apply for jobs

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a door-to-door or field sales capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Commission Structure:

The commission structure is designed to incentivize sales performance. For every customer signed up beyond the target of 50 new customers per week, you will receive an additional £10 commission per customer.

Working Hours:

This role requires a regular Monday to Friday schedule, with hours typically ranging from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, including travel time. The total weekly working hours are 37.5 hours.
