Austin Fraser is a dynamic company based in Bispham, seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to support their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This part-time role offers the opportunity for long-term career growth and advancement.
Job OverviewThis Admin Assistant position plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business. You will be responsible for a variety of general administration tasks, including HR management, monthly income consolidation, fleet management, and complaints management. Additionally, you will have the chance to work closely with various stakeholders and provide essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- ">">"> Manage the office supply chain to ensure efficient use of resources."> Provide exceptional support to the Operations & Business Support Manager."> Serve as the primary point of contact for staff support."> Oversee the vehicle fleet, including monitoring fuel consumption and telematics data."> Assist with managing vehicle maintenance and repairs."> Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them."> Maintain and update central documents, such as HR files and leave records."> Support IT procurement and assist with technical issues."> Prepare monthly KPI and income reports for clients."> Perform routine office tasks, such as fire alarm checks and first aid kit replenishments."> Assist with purchasing consumables and parts as needed."> Oversee the central management of PPE/Tools."> Address complaints in a timely and documented manner."> Conduct driver's license compliance checks."> Collaborate with the Head of HR & Compliance to ensure up-to-date training records.Skills and Qualifications
