Join our dynamic team at Benefit Cosmetics UK as a Counter Manager, where you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in our Liffey Valley Shopping Centre store.
About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Manager to lead our team of Brow and Beauty Advisors. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the counter and team, and ensuring that our customers receive an outstanding shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate the Brow and Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver high customer service standards.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
- Provide training and coaching to the team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
- Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring that the counter is always stocked and that any issues are reported to the Area Manager.
- Communicate effectively with the Area Manager and other stakeholders to ensure that the store is running smoothly and that any issues are addressed promptly.
- Ensure that the counter and displays are kept clean and hygienic at all times.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a sales and customer service role, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Basic knowledge of beauty and cosmetics products and services.
