About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Designer to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a CAD Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating detailed technical drawings and designs for our Shopfitting projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Development: Develop detailed CAD drawings and designs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our production team to ensure designs can be effectively manufactured and installed.
  • Design Presentation: Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making adjustments as needed.
  • Design Documentation: Maintain and update design documentation to reflect any changes or revisions.
  • Project Management: Work with other team members to manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Site Surveys: Conduct site surveys and measurements when required to inform designs.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CAD software and technology.
Requirements
  • CAD Proficiency: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) with a strong portfolio of design work.
  • Design Experience: Experience in cabinetry design, or a related field is preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design work.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: A degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is an advantage.
