CAD Designer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CAD Designer to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a CAD Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and designs for Shopfitting projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop accurate and compliant CAD drawings and designs.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs can be effectively manufactured and installed.
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain and update design documentation to reflect any changes or revisions.
  • Work with other team members to manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Conduct site surveys and measurements when required to inform designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CAD software and technology.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) with a strong portfolio of design work.
  • Experience in cabinetry design or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design work.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is an advantage.
