Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home(s) and ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to residents.
- Provide leadership and support to the care team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and quality standards in line with Ofsted.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role within a children's residential setting.
- NVQ Level 5 in children and young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Passion for supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties or learning disabilities.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.
