Key Responsibilities- Assist teachers in implementing behaviour management strategies to promote a positive school ethos.
- Provide one-on-one support to students with behavioural challenges, helping them to develop essential life skills and independence.
- Collaborate with the school's SENCO and other professionals to create tailored intervention plans, ensuring students receive the support they need to succeed.
- Support the overall well-being of students, contributing to a positive and inclusive school environment.
- Relevant experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
- Understanding of behaviour management strategies and their application in a school environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other professionals.
- A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
- Relevant qualifications in education or psychology would be advantageous.
