About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical and Electrical Engineer to join our facilities management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and servicing our dedicated sites, ensuring reliable and responsive service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to designated sites to handle planned and preventative maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs across various general building services.
  • Perform emergency light testing, fire alarm checks, basic plumbing, and fabric work.
  • Work autonomously to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements
  • 18th Edition Certification.
  • HVAC experience.
  • Full valid UK driver's license.
  • Proven experience in an M&E Engineer role.
  • Strong communication skills and work ethic.
  • Knowledge of health & safety practices.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is £35,131 - £40,401 per annum, based on experience. Additional benefits include enhanced overtime rates, 4% bonus based on performance, company van and fuel card, smartphone, tools, uniform, PPE provided, 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, and access to a National Training Academy for technical and safety training.
