About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Eurest. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating exceptional food experiences for our clients and customers.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food, overseeing menu changes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
- Menu Oversight: Oversee and implement menu changes
- Improvement Identification: Identify opportunities to improve our food services
- Customer Feedback: Listen and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
- Menu Creation: Support with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
- Brand Representation: Represent Eurest and maintain a positive brand image
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked
- Cleaning and Hygiene: Oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
- Regulatory Compliance: Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, experience supervising a team, experience in a similar Chef role, a Food Hygiene certificate, and a flexible approach to working.
Benefits:
