About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Eurest, a market-leading food service company in the UK. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that truly makes a difference in the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Food Preparation: Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
  2. Menu Management: Oversee and implement menu changes
  3. Quality Control: Identify opportunities to improve our food services
  4. Customer Feedback: Listen and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
  5. Menu Development: Support the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
  6. Brand Representation: Represent Eurest and maintain a positive brand image
  7. Kitchen Maintenance: Monitor inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked and oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
  8. Compliance: Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations
About You:
  • You must be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
  • You should have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team
  • You should be proactive and able to identify areas for improvement
  • You should be willing to learn and develop your skills and knowledge
What We Offer:

£38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, making it an attractive salary for a role in the B&I industry. Located in the UK, we provide a great opportunity for career growth and development in a dynamic food service company.
