Our NHS client in Wales is seeking an exceptional Urologist to join their team. With a strong focus on establishing a sustainable urology robotically assisted surgery cancer service, this is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to make a meaningful impact.

About the Role

This permanent or NHS Fixed Term position offers a unique chance to participate in current research and audit projects, initiate new initiatives, and contribute to postgraduate and continuing medical education activities.

  • Participate fully in ongoing research and audit projects to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Develop and implement new projects, teaching, examination, and accreditation duties as required to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to and participate in postgraduate and continuing medical education activity and audit activities to foster growth and development.
  • Assist in clinical governance activities, including clinical audit, clinical effectiveness, risk management, and quality improvement activities to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Bring experience in robotically assisted surgery to help establish a cutting-edge service.
