Job Title: Careers Guidance Professional

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Careers Guidance Professional to join our team at Glos.

This role requires the ability to deliver high-quality careers guidance services to students, staff, and parents, maintaining excellent organisational and communication skills throughout.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of careers guidance principles and practices and be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert advice and guidance on career development and education options
  2. Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress and achievements
  3. Develop and implement effective strategies to engage students in their learning

A permanent contract is offered, working part-time (1 day per week) on a term-time only basis including INSET days. The salary for this role is £25.00-£35.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
