Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized support to customers, empowering them to make informed decisions and take control of their lives.
- Assess customer needs and develop tailored support plans to address their unique challenges and goals.
- Act as a first point of contact for customer queries, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers, respecting their autonomy, dignity, and personal choices.
- Liaise with external agencies to enhance customer confidence, health, and wellbeing, and promote opportunities for education and employment.
- Respond to emergency situations with professionalism and compassion.
- Maintain accurate and high-quality records of customer interactions and progress.
- Experience working with adults who have experienced homelessness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer-centered care.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
- NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
