Project Worker

Sanctuary Supported Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Project Worker to join our Homelessness Service team at Cabbell Road, Cromer. As a Project Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who have experienced homelessness to maximize their potential and independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide support to encourage customers to achieve their goals and aspirations
- Assess customers' needs and develop personalized support plans
- Be a first point of contact for customer queries and concerns
- Develop strong relationships with customers, ensuring their personal choice, privacy, and dignity are respected
- Liaise with external support links to improve customers' confidence, health, and wellbeing
- Handle emergency situations and provide crisis support
- Maintain accurate and high-quality written records
- Experience of working with adults who have experienced homelessness
- Enthusiastic and flexible with a strong 'can-do' attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Strong organizational skills and functional literacy and numeracy
- Ability to react quickly to changing priorities while working to deadlines and targets
- NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards
